When someone you love is going through a difficult season, it can be hard to know what to do, what to say, or where your role ends.
You want to help. You want to make things better. And sometimes, without realising it, you can become so focused on supporting them that you lose touch with yourself.
Support Pillar helps you find a steadier way forward.
My work helps husbands understand how they naturally respond when the person they love is struggling — and how those patterns can shape the way they show up in their relationship.
You'll discover your Support Style, understand what may be driving your responses, and learn how to become more grounded, present and intentional when life gets hard.
Not by fixing everything.
Not by carrying everything.
But by learning how to stand steady while still caring deeply.

I believe the way we support others begins with the way we learn to steady ourselves.
That's the foundation behind
The Anchor Method™.
It's about developing the awareness, emotional steadiness and personal grounding to respond with intention rather than simply reacting to what's happening around you.
Because sometimes the greatest support you can offer isn't another solution.
It's a steadier version of you.
I didn't create this work because I had all the answers.
I created it because I had to find a different way.
There was a season when my wife, Shireen, was going through a prolonged and difficult time. I wanted desperately to help her. I took on more at home, helped with the children, supported appointments, carried responsibilities and tried to keep everything moving.
I thought being strong meant carrying more.
But eventually, I realised that constantly trying to hold everything together was changing me too.
I became tired. Frustrated. Disconnected. And I began to understand something I hadn't seen before:
Supporting someone you love isn't only about what they're going through. It's also about how you show up while they're going through it.
That realisation became the beginning of The Anchor Method™.
You don't need to become the perfect husband.
You don't need to fix what you cannot fix.
And you don't have to disappear inside someone else's difficult season.
You can learn to become the kind of person who is grounded enough to stay present, clear enough to respond with intention, and steady enough to support without losing yourself.
That's what Support Pillar exists to help you do.
Hold steady. Stand tall.
Whether you begin with The Anchor Within, discover your Support Style, or explore The Anchor Method™, the goal is the same:
To help you become the grounded, steady person you were meant to be — especially when life gets hard.
